Power Sculpt classes have been a crowd favorite at Power Life since we opened our first studio in 2012. Upbeat and challenging, Power Sculpt is a unique class that combines elements of power yoga, core training and cardio. These classes are designed to strengthen your yoga practice, keep you moving, and get you motivated. Whether you're familiar with yoga/fitness or you're brand new, this class is well suited to meet you on your journey. See you there!

*This class will be held in the space above our studio. Enter through the doors with the green surround and follow the stairs up to the first suite.
